Piyush Phadke
Piyush Phadke is a senior finance executive and former investment banker with more than 20 years of experience across capital markets, M&A, corporate finance, and publiccompany leadership.
Piyush spent nearly 20 years in investment banking before transitioning into an operating CFO role. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of reAlpha Tech Corp.
(Nasdaq: AIRE), an AI-focused real estate technology company, where he led financial strategy, capital formation, M&A, investor relations, and the finance organization.
Prior to reAlpha, Piyush was a Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Advisory at BTIG, advising middle-market companies on capital structure and financing transactions.
Earlier, he held senior investment banking roles at Jefferies and Bank of America, advising private equity firms and corporate clients on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financings, and other strategic transactions.
Piyush holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
