Biography

Michael Fitz is Vice President of Solution Sales and Indirect Channels at T-Mobile for Business, leading national teams delivering 5G, fixed wireless, IoT, and security solutions, while overseeing partner and reseller ecosystems to expand market reach.

He previously led T-Mobile’s Global Wireline business, managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of fiber, internet, and managed services, guiding its growth and successful divestiture.

With over 30 years at T-Mobile and Sprint, he has held leadership roles across sales, strategy, and product, earning industry recognition including Fierce Telecom’s “Rising Star of Wireline.” He began his career at GE in network and data security.

Fitz served 12 years on the board of National Safe Place, including six as Chairman. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University, and lives in Virginia with his family.
